All-Around PMS Massage Oil

2 drops Chamomile
2 drops Clary Sage
2 drops Geranium
2 drops Ginger
2 drops Lavender
2 drops Marjoram

In a 30mL amber glass bottle add the above pure essential oils to a base carrier of your choice. I like to use Fractionated Coconut Oil as it easily absorbs into my abdomen and doesn't leave a greasy residue.

Using your fingertips, massage generously into the lower abdomen, hips and lower back. Allow the blend to completely absorb. Apply the massage oil once or twice a day while PMS symptoms persist. If you have time, enjoy a hot shower beforehand.
