Egg masks are one of the surviving traditional haircare rituals of the world. In a world where pollution and artificial hair products are stripping our hair of all the natural oils and proteins, egg masks can prove to be an effective tool to naturally moisturise and uplift your hair. Rich in protein and biotin, eggs can provide the much needed nourishment and lustre you want in damaged tresses. Eggs also prevent hair breakage by conditioning the scalp and increases hair growth too.
If you want healthy hair, you need a healthy scalp and geranium essential oil is a winner. Geranium essential oil can regulate dryness, excess oil, and the production of sebum. To improve hair growth, a healthy scalp is key. Since geranium balances secretions around the hair follicles, it’s an effective agent for hair growth.
While there isn’t much research on geranium’s effects on hair growth, a 2017 study published in BMC Complementary and Alternative Medicine found it did promote hair growth.
